About

Smart Formula Guide is an independent editorial site covering Supplement Facts panels, ingredient dosing, proprietary blends and the gap between what a label implies and what it discloses. We write for people who want to understand what is actually in a supplement before buying it.

What we do

Most supplement formulas and label literacy content online is a press release with a byline, or the same few sources rewritten. We work more narrowly: one question at a time, read against the research, stating where the evidence is strong, where it is preliminary, and where it does not exist.

What we are not

  • We do not sell, manufacture or ship any product.
  • We do not accept payment for a positive review, and no brand approves our copy before publication.
  • We are not a clinic. Nothing here is a diagnosis or a treatment plan.
